My pulse is 170 and my heart won't stop having palpitations. My residents keep asking me why I'm out of breath. What do I tell them?
No OCC: I get episodes like this and know when I need to go to the ER (which is not now)
My answer
Tell them that their oral-sex-ing skills are so spectacular and exquisite, and they were able to get you off and make your heart soar in such a teensy interval of time, that it genuinely and literally did not register in their memory. How about some sloppy seconds?
