Why not purchase an even bigger DIY garage from Ikea? Then construct your grander, superior garage over and around your neighbour's garage, and loudly announce a garage sale of your own. Now that you've commandeered his garage, you're at liberty to sell everything in it yourself. Then sell the garage itself. Then your neighbour.
