San Francisco is hot! This part of it, Redwood City, has some seriously large houses. I ran https://www.strava.com/activities/9381378172 earlier this morning, before it got too roasting. I snapped various snaps of the locale's bog-standard mansions.

But there's one huge omission! No pavements! Runners and pedestrians must hug the road verge and every vehicle must veer madly around them. I did some asking around: apparently it's because the local residents wish to preserve the suburb's apparent rural atmosphere. Ha. This place is about as rural as Coruscant.

For those unfamiliar with Coruscant, do watch this. Somewhat self-explanatory 😉

The place itself was seriously friggin' gorgeous, though. Behold!
