Help I'm sunburned and have to go in the sun again tomorrow. What can I do to avoid getting even more burned?

Why not do what I do? Simply take all the steroids in the universe, all at once, and become so magnificently swole and humongous that you'll grow physically bigger than the sun, at which point your tremendous skin surface area will intimidate and overawe the sun, physically sucking forth its vigours like a lolly and leave it shrivelled and withered like a week-old party balloon. I'd call that a victory, wouldn't you?
