I have an MRI scan coming up, my rheumatologist said it will take about 45 minutes. I also have adhd and cannot stay still for the life of me, I move without realising sometimes, can't sleep cause my body twitches when I do
What do to keep myself still throughout it all?

How smart is the MRI scanner's computer? Could you not infect it with ADHD too? Once you've got it all nice and twitchy, surely you could train it to twitch in perfect unison with your twitches. They'd cancel beautifully and you'll have a perfect scan.
