Are you sure it's a poo and not your protobaby? Is it possible you've confused your orifices? I realise it'd take a hell of a disaster for a woman to mistake her vagina for her anus, but you should see my lady after a night on the sauce. Itβs like orificial Russian Roulette with her. She once got so hammered she mixed up her urethra and her left nostril. Good lord. That's a 2am coke session I won't soon forget.
That said ... you didn't tell us your species. Are you human? You're not a bird, are you? With a cloaca? (For those not in the know, a cloaca is an orifice birds have, it's basically a vaganus). Is this baby of yours inside an egg? When you wrote "doo doo", did you misspell "dodo"?
